Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within Menteşe. For larger orders to other districts of Muğla, we plan the delivery together with you.
When will my order arrive?
We plan each delivery with your order. We do not promise a fixed delivery time; if timing matters, tell us when you order and we will plan for it where we can.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum wholesale order within Menteşe is ₺1.000.
Where can I see your prices?
The Prices page shows our store (retail) prices. We quote wholesale prices for your list and volume; ask us on WhatsApp.
How do payment and invoicing work?
Payment terms are agreed with each business. Every sale is invoiced with an e-invoice (e-fatura).
What if there is a problem with a delivered product?
Send us a photo of the product on WhatsApp and we will sort out an exchange or refund with you.
Can you source hard-to-find produce?
Yes. We source fruit and vegetables that are not always available, on request.
